Research On Coordination Strategy Of Information Sharing And Disruption In Supply Chain

In recent years,the enterprise management modes have changed because of the increasing competition in product market and the rapid development of information technology,so supply chain management is a management method which can adapt to this changes.In order to improve the overall profits and service level,it must make all members in the supply chain which can carry on the business cooperation with a highly coordinated way.But the supply chain is composed of members which have different interest,so information sharing between the members is very necessary.However,supply chain needs to face a lot of disruption because of a variety of random uncertainty in the supply chain environment,the disruption have a serious influence on the coordination of the supply chain,and even threaten the normal operation of the supply chain.So this article which studies the information sharing among supply chain members and the coordination of supply chain in emergency has a certain theoretical and practical significance.The coordination of information sharing and disruption in supply chain involves a wide variety of areas,all research is difficult,so this paper only studies the information sharing in supply chains with additional service and coordination of supply chain under disruption demand by combined contract.This paper considers the additional service and the status of channel in information sharing of supply chain coordination problem and combined contract coordination problem of supply chain in disruption.It analyzes the coordination strategy of information sharing in supply chain and the coordinated ability of supply chain in disruption by using the methods of combining theoretical analysis with numerical analysis and using of supply chain contract theory,principal-agent theory,asymmetric information theory,game theory and other related theory.The main content and innovation points are as follows:(1)Information sharing in supply chains with additional service warrant and channel status.First,we construct the information sharing models of supply chain with the consideration of additional service warrant.Then,we analyze the additional service influence on supply chain information sharing regardless of the channel status,find theirequilibrium strategies of supplier and retailers,study whether can both sides coordinate through information sharing agreement,that's to say whether does the retailers should provide the information and the supplier should receive the information voluntarily.Finally,we analyze the same question but considering channel status.(2)Coordination analysis on supply chain under disruption demand by combined contracts.First,we construct the supply chain models with RS-QD combined contracts and research the coordination of the combined contracts supply chain.Then,the influence of disruption on supply chain are analyzed,we study whether the original contract can coordinate under the disruption.Next,this article resolves the coordinated ability of combined contract of supply chain in disruption,finds a new contract function for resistance to disruption.Finally,specific numerical analysis is given,proves the validity and the correctness of the models.
