Intense global market competition, unexpected economic situation and rapid technological change background arose violent change of enterprise environment, in this case, recombination and employee reduction are the most usual means to improve the enterprise's competitive advantages, which brings a comprehensive job insecurity to employees. Making use of job insecurity researches overseas for reference and combined with domestic company background, this thesis analyzed job insecurity status of different employees. In this thesis, structure and status of employee job insecurity, relationship between job insecurity and demission trend, and relationship between job insecurity and job involvement are studied, on the basis of which, countermeasures are put forward. Through empirical investigating, the results are following:①C urrently, employees'job insecurity is high. Scores in job characteristic, job itself and inability are higher than the average level. Job insecurity is mainly centralized on salary and wage.②There are certain differences on job insecurity and its three dimensions among different age, education, nature of company, working hours and position of employees, and some of the factors exit significant differences.③Employees have no vivid demission trend, but job insecurity has significant positive relation to demission trend, job insecurity can well forecast the demission trend of employees.④Job involvement includes two dimensions, they are job involvement identification and job involvement importance. Employees'job involvement degree is in the average level, employees in the involvement degree of job identification is higher than job importance. Job insecurity has significant negative relation to job involvement. So job insecurity can well forecast employees'job involvement.On the basis of expert interview, this thesis constructed a measure system of measurement. The measurements include:①To study job insecurity accurately and systematically.②To control the range of job insecurity effectively.③To construct scientific and strategic human resource plan.④To construct open employee participating platform, increase inner communication and improve trust. ⑤To strengthen employees'self-control ability.⑥To actualize systemetic employee aiding plan.
