Land is the irreplaceable foundation of survival and development of human being. Allocation status of land resource,human activities as well as socio-economic development becomes more and more inseparable:On the one hand,land resource allocation directly reflects the status of regional socio-economic development and serves the regional development goals; On the other hand,the regional goals with a profound impact on the state of land resource allocation and drive it adjusted accordingly.As a main part of land resources,construction land is an extremely important resource base in the regional socio-economic development.The diversity of the number,structure and spatial distribution among the sectors brings different economic,social and environmental benefits.With the process of urbanization and industrialization in china in recent years,the area of construction land having a rapid growth,the tremendous changes of the internal structure and the spatial layouts have taken place.Land resources have further aggravated the bottleneck constraints.Food security,ecological security and other land-use issues have become increasingly prominent.In the course of implementing the background of sustainable development concept,coordinating urban and rural construction sites,optimize the allocation of construction land resources is an important way to achieve intensive utilization of land resources and an essential requirement for sustainable development.Taking the construction land as the research object,optimal allocation models and methods as the main content,this thesis analyzes the conception of the construction land optimal allocation,explores the optimal allocation technology and methods from three angles of quantity, time and space.Taking Xiangfan City as an example,it builds up a total amount solving model based on multi-model and carries out the arrangement of land on the time schedule,on this basis, the paper adjusts the internal structure of the construction sites in different periods of time by means of linear programming method.Finally,the special allocation is achieved with GIS based on land use dynamic analysis.The contents mainly include the following three aspects:(1) Theoretical analysis of optimal allocation of construction land This is the fundamental part of the study.Based on the Brief statement of the research background and researches at home and abroad,the paper analyses the concept of construction land and the Theoretical basis which includes the geographical division of labor and the theory of regional economic disparities,system theory,location theory,land rent theory of Marxist and sustainable development,providing important theoretical support to the following research.(2) Optimal allocation method for construction land of quantitative,sequencing and positioningThis is the core part of this thesis.It builds the optimal allocation method for construction land by quantitative analysis.First of all,it gives out a quantitative sequencing allocation model of construction land based on the sector decomposition,GM program and the dual-factor regression model.The model uses AHP to calculate the weights of the three options of the method.Then it optimizes the Structure of the construction land sequencing and uses the information entropy to compare the orderly use of the construction land in different periods of time.In the spatial allocation part,it introduces the land use dynamic degree concept and discusses the ways and means of layouts in GIS.(3) Establishment of construction land optimal allocation model for the region of Xiangfan City.This is the empirical research of this article.Based on the above model framework,it first analyses of land-use structure,layout and the dynamic changes over the years.With the combination of the survey data collection,it establishes the sequencing-solving quantitative model of the construction land of Xiangfan City and optimizes the internal structure.By means of land use dynamic change and GIS platform,it realizes the unity of the amount,structure and location and sequence configurations.Through research above,the main results of this paper includes:(1) proposing a quantitative sequencing allocation model of construction land based on the sector decomposition,GM program and the dual-factor regression model,using semi-quantitative analysis to determine the weights of various options of the model;(2) Analyzing the allocation status of the Xiangfan City,using of land use information entropy to reveal the extent of land use order;(3) establishing the quantitative sequencing allocation model of Xiangfan City,constraint the scale of construction land from the time dimension(4) Exploring space allocation by land use dynamic degree;realizing optimal allocation from temporal and spatial aspects of Xiangfan City.
