With the development of the economic globalization and the market competition increasing, the competition among the enterprises has become a competition among the supply chains. The enterprise must work closely with other businesses, share information, and then they can make supply chain more efficient, lower cost and supply chain coordinating. However, due to the pursuit of interests, risk prevention, moral hazard and opportunistic factors, the general members of the supply chain are lack of willingness to share information. Even if they are willing to share information, the private information may not be entirely provided. Inaccurate or distorted information more easily lead to wrong decisions. Therefore it is necessary to establish a rational incentive mechanism to promote information sharing and improve the supply chain benefits. In a supply chain when the retailer is the leader, the suppliers with the information superiority often report the cost of the product higher .It reduces the retailers'enthusiasm of the transactions. And it reduces the overall interest of the entire supply chain, and the efficiency of the supply chain. In the supply chain model that the retailers occupy a dominant position, use the game theory and the mechanism design theory as the main research tools, and analyze the important role of information sharing in the supply chain coordination. First, regard the accuracy of information sharing as the key factors, through establishing a two-tier supply chain that retailers dominated in the stackelberg game model, and then analyze the relationship between the interests of the supply chain's members. Then reveal the effect of the sharing information accuracy to the interests of the supply chain members. On the design of incentive mechanisms for promoting information sharing, under the circumstances of asymmetric information, analysis the dominant retailer how to encourage suppliers to share information and improve the suppliers'enthusiasm. And then, we can promote the coordination of the supply chain and improve supply chain performance.
