Supply Chain of Tourism(SCT) is a Function chain based on business communication between tourism enterprises in tourism economic activities.The research aims to achieve long-term max interests of tourism enterprises and enhance the overall interests of the industry.The particular characteristic of tourism decides the supply chain's objective existence.Tourism products' complexity makes individual tourism enterprise can not provide a complete product,required the coordination of related enterprises as they can fully meet the needs of tourists.Therefore,we may say that the tourism products' complexity decide the formation and existence of Supply Chain of Tourism.Over the 20 years development of Chinese tourism,achievements and problems co-exist.On one hand,the performance of the tourism elements have been improved, tourism develops more rapidly,economic benefits are more obvious;On the other hand, Ignored the convergence of various departments while Emphasize in various sectors of tourism supply capacity growth and expansion;ignored in the optimization of supply capacity while emphasize the capacity of a single supply industry's growth.This led to low effectiveness of the current tourism enterprises,low market concentration,damages to tourists' interests etc.Although the cause of such problems are historical and institutional reasons,but final settlement of the question requires a breakthrough of theoretical innovation to Guide the development of tourism.Thus,this article researches the Model of Tourism Supply Chain Management.This article based on the research of the tourism supply chain basic theory,Propose the thought of tourism supply chain management,Study the concept and characteristics of the tourism supply chain management,analysis the significance of implementing supply chain management by tourism enterprises.This article builds a basic mode of Tourism Supply Chain Management in creative way,discusses the selection of the core enterprise in the mode,and focus on an analysis of products,information flow and capital flow.In addition,the article studies the implementation process of the mode,with emphasis on the building of strategic partnerships in the implement process.Emphasizes the necessary on the building of a strategic partnership between upstream and downstream enterprises,and uses AHP to select the enterprises based on the set up of the Evaluation system of the tourism industry supply chain partners.
