Situated in the times when economic globalization deepens increasingly, the enterprise is confronted with more challenges. Radically speaking, the competition between enterprises is the talent rival. Therefore, human resources management plays a key role in all kinds of management factors. With the formulation of the hotel industry development strategy of Huatian Group, human resources management should not merely restrict to personnel management, but rise to the phase of strategic human resources management.This paper reviews the theory of employee satisfaction , human resource management and the definition, characteristics of the strategic human resources management, and four models which include business strategy and human resources strategy integration model, the basic content of strategic human resources management model, 5P model and the human resources management model with matching and flexibility. On the basis, the article puts forward the ideas and methods of the study.Through summarizing the development of hotel industry of Huatian Group and its human resources management history, the text introduces and analyzes the situation of human resources. By using the questionnaire survey of the employee satisfaction, the article finds out the problems which exist in the system of human resources management. Combined with the above information, the article analyzes the macro environment, industry environment and resource condition of its human resources development.Based on the environment analysis of its human resources development, the paper presents the principles, objectives of making human resource strategy, and the transformation strategy, reserve strategy, development strategy and motivating strategy. In addition, in order to ensure the implementation of human resource strategy, this paper proposes to improve the corporate culture and human resources management activities. At the same time, enterprise management, financial management and management information system must provide support to the implementation of human resources strategy as complementary measures.
