On Hotel Culture Establishment

China' s hotel industry has been made a certain degree of growth since it existed on the earth. But still now, it is unable to compare with the west developed countries' hotel industry. The mainly reason is their enterprise culture system has not be advanced so much strong as the west developed countries', they have not a scientific management concept and are lack of technology. This makes their management and service efficiency very low .Huatian Hotel is not only the leader of Hunan hotel industry, but also the top level of the hotel industry in China, its success is due to the development of the more mature system of enterprise culture in a deep degree. The author made a detailed analysis with the enterprise cultural system of Huatian Hotel in this paper, then made a summary with it. So the motivation and support stent of a Five-Star hotel was displayed in front of the readers. Abased on this, this paper build a ideal model of enterprise culture system. The model' s innovation is that the importance of service culture was highlighted in it. And this innovation can help to make the picture different from the normal model in normal enterprise, because it can tell readers of the particularity of hotels as service enterprises. This picture also can make build of the building of enterprise cultural system in our country's hotels, and provide some inspiration for the promotion of China' s hotel industry, narrow the gap of develop between the west developed countries' and China' s hotel industry.There are five parts in this paper. The first part told us about the background, meanings, ideas and research technologies ,related concepts, of this article, then introduced the hotel Enterprise culture before. The second chapter was about the formation, functions and features of the hotel enterprise culture. Chapter three dredged the culture system of Huatian Hotel with detailed analysis from the elements of the enterprise culture system. The forth part is the focus of this paper. Abased on chapter three, this part built the Earth Model of Hotel Enterprise culture, with the importences of service culture highlighted in it, and told some things should be noted and ways can be used while building the hotel enterprise culture system. The final part of this paper was conclusion, summed up the the study of Huatian Hotel and accounted the direction of anthor should be work to in future.
