Research On The Benefit Evaluation And Share Mechanism Of Energy Conservation Project In ESCo

Under the background of the global energy shortage, it is emergent for China to solve the problem of low energy utilization efficiency and serious waste of energy. Energy contract management (ECM), as a new energy management mechanism, has important practical significance in promoting the whole society's energy saving, the building of a conservation-oriented society and the implementation of sustainable development. In this paper, through the analyze of development of energy service status and trends at home and abroad, we research on the issues encountered during the development of energy-saving services industry, and ultimately get further results about the potential of service industries of energy saving, the evaluation of energy-saving effect and share mechanism of energy conservation project between energy service companies and customers, which will give a great impact on China's energy-saving mode. In addition, setting up rigorous evaluation system of energy saving effect and reasonable share mechanism of energy saving benefit are useful of ESCo's development, which will finally promote the progress of energy-saving industry.
