On The Methods For Electric Power Project Bidding Evaluation

Tender evaluation and selection is a crucial procedure for tendering, and the method applied to it will directly influence the result and efficiency of tendering. However in the current electric enterprises'bidding practice, the tender evaluation criteria are cursory, and most tender evaluation methods are qualitative or simply quantitative which may result in unreasonable evaluation results. Consequently, this thesis mainly focuses on the theoretical and application research on tender evaluation methods. Compared with analysis on method model of existing tender evaluation through the survey of current situation of tender evaluation, the author has set up a model, which has advantages over traditional methods in the following four aspects: the evaluation indices, the normalization of the indices, the determination of weights and the selection of evaluation method. And then use this model, the result indicates, the model has improved the objectivity of tender evaluation, and has practicability.
