A Research On The Preconstruction Plan Of Wulagai Power Plant Project

Wulagai Power Plant is to be constructed to meet the requirement of Huolinhe coal and electricity base and Northeast Power Grid, according to"Development Plan of Northeast Region". In the text, firstly, the present condition of electric power system for Northeast Power Grid is referred. Growth Rate Method is adopted to predict power burden. The prediction shows that there is huge requirement in northeast power market and it is necessary to construct the power plant. Secondly, traffic of the site, fuel supply, water source of the power plant, ash yard and geotechnical engineering explains that site selection is scientific and ascendant. Thirdly, resource using is testified reasonable and energy-saving measures are right in such aspects as coal saving, oil saving, water saving, land saving, etc. Fourthly, mitigation of flue gas, waste water, waste residue, noises and so on shows that the construction of the power plant will not have much effect on the environment. Fifthly, investment estimate and economic benefit analysis illuminate that the project is feasible. Lastly, the conclusion and existing problems are obtained.
