As China's energy demand is growing fast recent years, Coal-dominated energy supply is under increasing energy pressure. Coal production capacity is limited. Increasing dependence on oil imports is imperative to accelerate the development of natural gas industry.Although China is rich in coal resources, but to protect the clean, safe and economical coal supply, there are still many obstacles. In order to change the energy structure, improving the state of the environment, the Chinese government attaches great importance to the development and use of natural gas. After the liquefaction of natural gas, it's facilitate the economic and reliable transport, Storage, high efficiency, small land occupition, low investment. With the rapid economic development and people's living standards, showing a peak difference of the electrical grid increases, the load rate reduction trends. Improve the system from the safe and stable operation and to meet the peaking needs of view, electrical rid need to build a number of flexible operation, good performance peaking power plant. Gas power plant start quickly, run a flexible, power peaking is in a better choice. So natural gas power plant use the gas turbine is the primary choice. This thsis use the perspective of qualitative and quantitative method to study the liquefied natrual gas power plant construction project's fesibility. Make the analysis of the domestic and foreign nature gas power plant development progress. Introduced the theoretical appraoch of feasibility study. Use the empirical analysis and research in the feasibility, and conclusion of the feasibility reaearch. The feasibility study for the corresponding items has a certain reference values.
