Research On The Construction Management Of Power Plant Building Corporations

Nowadays many power plant building corporations have lot of drawbacks caused by system problems. Deepening reform of national economic system and rapid development of economy and progressing elaboration of market system provide a good chance for power plant building corporations. Meantime,we joined WTO several years ago , separation of generation from power grid of power system and inflow of foreign capital have made monopoly situation changed and competition in power sector become more fierce, so power plant building corporations have been threatened. The competitions of power plant building corporations are primarily construction management competitions and they must not only work out development strategies which can make corporations be fit for nowadays economy and society environment and get advantages of long term competition, but also research construction project management, and strengthen standard operation of project management, and deal with the relationship among company, branch office and project. Construction project management must be seen as the core of manufacturing operation of companies, and this is good for long-term development of corporations.This paper combines the reality of power sector, and applies theory of engineering project management, and analysis construction management from scope management, schedule management, quality management, safety management, human power management, document management and information management. It represents thread of deepening construction management and constructs control mode of construction management for these corporations, and builds project management system, and works out effective measures. At the same time, they are also certain claims of deepening corporation reform and building modern enterprise system, and important steps for transition from labor intensive to technology intensive and from extensive operation to intensive farming. Then, it combines a real case to analyses and provides some suggestions for management of power plant building corporations.
