Research On Security And Economical Impacts Of Generation Rights Trade On Power Networks

In the process of carrying out generation rights trade, the frequent of trade will cause the change of power flow, then impacts the security and economic operation of power networks. This paper does research on this problem, firstly analyzes the concept of economical operation and mechanism model of generation rights trade, then mainly analyzes the change of loss and congestion of the changed cost. When congestion doesn't exist, this paper analyzes and establishes a series formula to calculate the change quantity of loss cost, proposes an optimal trading power generators criterion and synthetic criterion; When congestion exists, this paper establishes a congestion management model considering generation rights trade, proposes the criterion to judge whether generation rights trade has effects on congestion management or not and allocation formula of relevant fees. At last, this paper unifies loss and congestion, forms a set of analysis thought on economical and security impacts of generation rights trade.
