The greenhouse effect and energy crisis are common challenges which the human beings are facing with in the 21 st century. Through the use of market mechanisms, the power generation rights trade can achieve the quadratic optimal distribution of scheduled contract energy among different electricity cost units, so as to promote power resources optimization and emission reduction. However, the power generation rights trade currently is mainly based on the generating cost quotation. It can make unit with low energy consumption to gains more power to some extent, but it can’t guarantee the achievement of expected targets. What’s more, the existing generation rights trade haven’t set safety load margin to the system, which may affect its voltage stability.In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposed a new alternative power generation quotation method and established a new generation rights trade multi-objective optimization model. To set emission reduction targets for the model constraints and to satisfy the condition of the safe operation of the system and the voltage stability margin, centralized brokered transactions according to the level of alternative power generation quotes, realizing social utility(large) and the network loss comprehensive optimal(low).In order to paint the two targets’ Pareto optimal solution evenly in the solution space, get the compromise information between the targets, this paper will introduce the NBI(normal boundary intersection)method to the generation rights trade, and deduce the expression of calculating the displacement degree index under NBI method, provide a basis for the scientific decision for operation personnel. The proposed model is a large-scale, non-linear and multi-constrained multi-objective optimization problem, use constraint slack variables interior point method to solve the model.By simulate and analysis the two standard examples on Matlab platform, verified the validity of the proposed optimization model and algorithm.
