Research On The Export Trade Of Agricultural Products In Fujian Mountain District

Fujian Province is the main body of West Side of the Straits Economic Area. It shoulders the important mission of opening up new channels on the southeast coast which supplies service to the rise of Central China and the western development of China. In recent years, Fujian Province, seriously implement the provisions of the country building a new socialist countryside and promoting the construction of the western side of the straits economic area policies. So economic fundamentally maintain a smooth, continuous and rapid development trend. However, Fujian Province has a prominent problem restricting the existence of a faster development of economic. That is, among regions there are significant economic differences, and also showing a growing gap trend. The economic development of the coastal and inland areas has been in a state of unbalanced development. It attributes the basic level and the long time gap of economic development between the northeast coast, the southern regions of Fujian and the western, the north region of Fujian. Therefore, to narrow the gap between the mountain and the coastal cities to coordinate the development of the province's economy must be done.The thesis attempts to analyze the obstacles encountering in the development of export trade of agricultural products in Fujian mountain district, then it put forward countermeasures and proposals to expand the export trade. It aims to strengthen the weak links in the development of mountain district, develop mountain district economy, and promote the balanced development of the province. It first defines the mountain district of Fujian Province. Longyan, Sanming and Nanping are divided into the mountainous areas of Fujian Province. And with a simple linear regression, it analyses the active effect of the export trade in Fujian mountain district on the whole province's GDP growth which proves the development of mountain areas'economy is imperative. Then it describes the mountain's main agricultural production profile, and mainly takes unique native products in Longyan City-sweet potatoes of Liancheng and and Sanming, Nanping City"major exports"- Edible Fungus of the northern of Fujian for example to analyze the export trade condition of agricultural products in Fujian mountain. Then, it importantly analyzes the obstacles which mountain agricultural products in Fujian Province have faced in the export. It focuses on the inherent constraints, compared with coastal areas. The course of export trade is faced with more obstacles, can be traced back to the coastal and mountain geography, history, economy reasons. At the same time, the barriers include the gap between production and modernization, trade barriers encountering, imperfections marketing system, the pressure of RMB appreciation and so on. Finally it puts forward the basic ideas and proposal to expand export trade. First of all, take measures to narrow the gap between the coastal areas due to historical accumulation. It also can be soluted by breaking trade barriers, improving marketing strategies, developing e-commerce, responding to the appreciation of RMB.
