| Since the 21st century, each enterprise faces the globalization market competition which continues changeable and cannot be forecast completely. To enhance own competitive advantages, the enterprises must reduce the operation cost, reduce the personnel redundancy, raise the organization efficiency, but these depend on the efficiency enhancement of business process finally. Therefore, the business process becomes the determining factor which enterprise to obtain the success, if the enterprises want to maintain the advantage in the competitive environment, They must pay attention to the innovate or improve its business process unceasingly, this is also the basic reason to restore or improve the business process.As a key technology to support operation flow restoration or the improvement, the operation flow modeling has provide the related organizational structure, management process frame for the enterprise. Although present operation flow modelling method was already utilized in the concrete operation flow modelling, because each kind of modelling method's characteristic, has its respective application scope and the limitation. Therefore, this thesis study present some operation flow modelling method's and apply the modern intellectualization technological means that unifies Multi-Agents and the stochastic Petri net, proposed one kind of new operation flow modelling method named----ASPN the modelling method. This modelling method has avoided other modelling method shortcoming, and has manifested the characteristic of the intelligence, the highly effective, has made certain contribution to the operation flow modelling method's fundamental research.This thesis analysis present situation's based on the domestic and foreign BPR research, embarks from the crucial role of BPR, elaborated several main support BPR operation flow modelling method and carried on the comparative analysis to them. Through the research, this thesis has obtained the following research results and the research conclusion:Firstly,The thesis introduced the most common and the practical date flow chart modeling law,and the classical method in operation flow modeling method: Role behavior chart law, IDEF series method, Petri net method. After elaborated these operation flow modeling method in detail, the thesis has carried on the comparative analysis to them. Because the Petri net as one kind tool of the figures,the diagrams and the mathematic at present, its expression formula is rich, feasibility. Therefore the author thought that the Petri net is the best method in BPR modeling method at the present, the thesis also has conducted some innovative research in above the Petri net's foundation, has provided the more theory bases for the BPR modeling method.Secondly, Although the Petri net is one quite perfect modeling method, but it also has its own shortcoming, because operation flow restoration's each link is quite close, specially in the time control, the author has been studying each kind of question which appears specifically in the BPR restoration process and the difficulty which meets in the implement process, for instance in the operation flow restoration's process is the artificial implementation, lacks the intellectualization, based on the flaw which is proposed above. The author propose the modeling method that based on the Agent stochastic Petri net (ASPN ), this method has solved the time and the intellectual question of BPR theory in the practice process. And utilized it in the enterprise sell flow,that has manifested this modeling method feasibility in the theory.Finally,the thesis proposed computer's conceptual model and the frame construction by the computer is applied in BPR, , and carried on the partial realization of BPR imple- ment process by the object-oriented programming language, has given the concrete of the program language .
