With the integration of the global economy, great changes have been taken place under the frame of international tariff preferential treatment. On the basis of implementation of regional economical cooperation, the policy of tariff preference is in diversification: as one of the biggest developing country, China has got the most GSP tariff preference in the world. However, with the process of GSP Graduation by EU and Japan, China is emerging into Past-GSP Epoch. At the same time, the new regional tariff preference, which is replacing GSP, has been accelerated China's foreign-trade development.The foreign-trade enterprise has contributed a lot to the development of China's economy. In recent years some unfavorable factors such as the unstable international circumstance, especially the international financial crisis have made great challenges for the foreign-trade enterprise. So the research of the foreign-trade enterprise's developing tactic is becoming more and more important. And the evolution of international tariff preferential treatment is bringing new opportunities for the foreign-trade enterprise. The study is of prime importance, how to master the tendency of international market under the recent circumstance, make full use of the international tariff preference, raise products'competition in the world and extend quotient covered the related market.In this thesis, the foreign-trade enterprise is the study subject under the evolution of international tariff preference treatment. The thesis gives some developing tactics about how to direct the enterprises to master opportunities and encounter challenge, help enterprises to make right decision and get the most profit by analyzing the reality of the use of tariff preference treatment and the international political and economical situation.The thesis is divided into eight chapters.
