However, the effect of foreign trade's function in promoting national economy depends on the quality of foreign trade.The quality of foreign trade is just the degree and effect of the exertion of its basic function to the development of one country's economy. Foreign trade's function to the development of economy includes the static avail and the dynamic avail. The foreign trade whose two avails are both exert themselves adequately can be regarded as a one with a high quality, or it will be regarded as a one with a low quality.Both the theories and the practices indicate that, the foreign trade with a high quality can promote the durative and stable development of national economy just like a "roll booster". In the background of the globalization of economy, foreign trade with a high quality is also an essential guarantee to meet the strike of the fury competition at international market. However, though China's foreign trade have been developing so fleetly since our reformation and opening and have made our country an important and large country on the field of foreign trade recurring to the trade's scale, the quality of our foreign trade has plenty of worrying problems. These problems badly impacted the actual quality of our foreign trade; weakened the function of foreign trade in promoting economy's development; brought our economy a series of serious harm. To boost the durable and stable development of foreign trade and economy, we must survey our strategy of foreign trade's development over again; we must research the main problems in our current foreign trade and set down the correct strategy. We do all these for changing our country from a large country to a powerful country on the field of foreign trade, and for contributing to the realization of the durable, stable and harmonious development of national economy which is the strategic target brought forward by the "eleventh five-year" program.Starting with the important meaning of the foreign trade for the development of a country's economy, this thesis illustrated the essentiality of achieving a high-quality foreign trade to the development of our economy; found and resolved the problems in relation to the actuality of Our foreign trade's quality. Otherwise, on the base of the relational theories on the field of the Evolutive Economics about developing country's strategy of foreign trade's development, the thesis deeply analyzed the correct choice of strategy to develop our high-quality foreign trade. The emphasis of the thesis is to deeply research the main issue that how to optimize the quality of our foreign trade, and the aim of studying is to provide useful suggestion for the improvement of our foreign trade's quality as well as the durable and stable development of our economy.At the beginning of the thesis, it expounded the essential function of foreign trade to the development of economy and explained the conception of the quality of foreign trade. On the base of analyzing the actuality of our foreign trade's quality, it pointed out the main problems about the quality of our present foreign trade and the serious harm brought by them to our economy's development. Then it brought forward the best choice of our strategy of foreign trade's development from the point of view of theories, and use Japan and Korea's detailed strategies of foreign trade's development for reference. At last, aiming at the problems in our foreign trade's quality, it put forward some suggestion of tactic in improving the quality of our foreign trade.Wish the thesis could help the further development of our foreign trade and the improvement of the trade's quality.
