Enhancing the innovation ability of an enterprise is crucial to enhance its competitiveness;it is the research on the capacity of enterprises technology innovation that has been a focus in the academic and business,over the last 20 years. Our country attaches great importance to improve the capacity of enterprises technology innovation,and put forward to enterprises Technology innovation evaluation system.Although the evaluation system doesn't give specific methods,it is a basis for us to evaluate the capacity of enterprises in technology innovation.This these is trying to give a research methods,which is able to quantitatively analyze the capacity of enterprises technology innovation.There is a certain reference value to those enterprises,which want to improve the market competitiveness and enhance the capability of technology innovation,via mutual synergies of the various subsystems.At present,our country's enterprises are faced with fierce market competition, domestic and international.It is the best way for enterprises to improve their competitiveness by improving the capability of technology innovation.But there are lots of enterprises that have no idea with their innovation ability,either their weakness, and make errors in how to improve their ability of independent innovation.One of the purposes of thesis is to help enterprises find the weaknesses of technology innovation system.This thesis jumps makes a Conclusion that the analysis system frame of the enterprise technology innovation ability contains six sub-systems,such as,the capacity of R & D investment,capital investment capacity,productivity,organization and management capacity,marketing capability and the external environment.His purpose of the research on enterprise technology innovation ability system is to explore a way to improve the capacity of enterprises technology innovation,to some degree,which has some degree of theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign experts and scholars' theoretical achievement in coordination innovation,combined with the status of enterprise groups in our country.This thesis establishes a theoretical model and propose assumptions,using Data Envelopment Analysis method to evaluate the performance of enterprise technology innovation.In this thesis,he takes the situation of our country's capability of Enterprise technology innovation as the object,summarizing the overall situation,and find existing insufficiency.In the empirical study part,this thesis is based on the enterprise technology innovation theory and the synergy principle,choosing six high-tech SMEs for the study.In order to measure the capacity of enterprise technology innovation system and the coordination of the orderly,and attempt to discover the importance of inter-agency coordination system to the enterprise,it uses actual data in 2007 as the analysis sample and combine DEA and method of synergies.Although there are a lot of all evaluation methods,in the field of research on capability of Technology innovation,few people carry out the collaborative method in this kind of research.It is the shining point of my thesis to use this innovation method.In order to survey the synergism of enterprise technology innovation ability system, this thesis constructs the complicated research frame system of enterprise technology innovation ability.They can fix the goal of improvement and find the weakness of the enterprise technology innovation ability,compared to those advanced enterprise in the same business.
