Study On The Government's Support Policy To Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Of The Old Industrial Base In Northeast

The small and medium-sized enterprises play an important strength throughout in our country's national economy development.It plays un-replaceable role in increasing the employment and local finance income.The small and medium-sized enterprises also have the special significance and value in the process of promoting the old industrial base of Northeast.But because of the macroscopic environment and historical perspective in Northeast. the small and medium-sized enterprises are facing different kinds of difficulties and questions. The small and medium-sized enterprises belong to the minority group,their development needs government's policy support and help,they can solve development problems of financing,technology,information and so on,if they have a support system.This article utilizes the methods of the theory and actual unifies,quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis,contrast and so on,to analysis the system of the small and medium-sized enterprises' support policy.Obtains from the old Industrial base support policy's historical evolution,to understand that the Northeast area has the special historical situation,and profits support policies from coastal,Taiwan.European Union,Swiss,Japanese and Malaysian the six areas,introduces the financing policy,the industry restructure policy,the region policy of engagement,and so on.Proposed that the small and medium-sized enterprises' support policy in old industrial base of Northeast needs greeting with the Northeast area characteristic, acting as circumstances permit.
