Marine economy has been implicated as the rich marine resources exploitation, and gradually into the people's vision.The development of the Russian Far East has less step,but the marine industry in the Russian Federation is very important, marine industries in the Russian Far East is not only for the leading industries, but also the pillar industries is for potential industries.Therefore, we resolve the aspects of the marine economy of the Russian Far East,not only to overview the general situation of the Russian Far East, but also into a new perspective. Marine economy.In this paper, research results have been at home and abroad are on the basis of the study of static and dynamic analysis, macroeconomic analysis and the micro-analysis and qualitative analysis and quantitative approach to the Russian Far East for a specific geographical space to the ocean economy pattern as a breakthrough point, to explore the characteristics of marine economy of the Russian Far Eastand its industrial distribution space as its corresponding analysis of the future development.In addition to the introduction and the conclusion of this article includes five parts, as follows:The first part of the theoretical part of this paper. Introduced the concept of marine economy, the international division of labor theory, the strategic trade policy theory, the geographic pattern of economic theory and international theory and so on, this paper apply the relevant theory to actual analysis.The second part,starting with the basic information on a condition related to the sea from the Russian Far East as below on the basis of economic structure.The third part mainly from fishing, oil and gas industry, transport, shipbuilding industry, the eco-tourism industry, such as analysis of several major Russian Far East economic status of the characteristics of the ocean. And the Russian Far East,the major port city and its maritime economy and then the role.The forth part, on one hand, my views in accordance with the above analysis of the Russian Far East ocean economy,on the other hand analysing the formation of the marine economy factor.Tge fifth part, management reference of the Russian Far East for the development of marine economy and its outlook on China's marine .
