A Study On The Development Of The Russian Marine Industry

Russia is one of the rare world's maritime powers, which has always attached importance to the research, development and utilization of the ocean resources and space. This paper mainly studies the status quo of the marine industry development in Russia, the relevant sea area of the Russian Far East, the factors that influence the development of the marine industry in Russian Far East and so on. Based on the research of the Sea of Okhotsk Sea, the Bering Sea, Arctic eastern sea and other relevant sea areas, the status quo of the development of the marine industry in the Far East area can be further understood. The research focus of this paper is to start from the development of the Russian marine industry, take the marine industry of the adjacent waters as the entry point, and then go deep into the overall trend of the development of the world's marine industry. In this paper, the necessary analysis has been done to the development of the economic industry in the Far East. This paper will illustrate the problems objectively by using the various economic indicators and the objective statistic and combining the theory and practice.Besides the introduction and conclusion, the paper includes five parts.The first part is the theoretical part of this article. It mainly introduces the concept of marine industrial development, the basic concept of marine economy, geo—economic theory and international division of labor and trade theory, the theories which are needed when analyzing and the relevant problems of marine geography.In the second part, Russian sea area is divided into the European part and the Far East part. In the European part, the paper introduces the relevant circumstances of the Baihai sea domain, the Baltic Sea and the Caspian Sea. In the Far East part, the paper covers the introduction of the relevant circumstances of the Sea of Japan Sea, Okhotsk Sea, Bering Sea and eastern waters in Arctic.The third part of this thesis introduces the present development situation of Russian oceanic property on the part of fishery, shipbuilding industry, marine transportation of the Arctic Ocean, coastal zone development in the northwest, and seaport Industrial Zone Development respectively. In the meantime, the thesis emphasizes the present exploiting situation of Russian oceanic property the oceanic property According to the above analysis, the fourth part discusses the influential factors and existing problems of the marine industry development in the Russian Far East.The fifth part illustrates the reference meaning for Chinese marine industry development in the research of the Russian marine industry development.
