Study On The Environmental Friendly Land Using Pattern In Yingkou City

With the policy of revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast region , as well as the construction of "Five Points,One Line"in Liaoning province proposed, Yingkou city will be rapid economic development, which brought pressure on land and environmental issues will become more and more prominent, at the same time, the demands on the environment have become more sophisticated, so ,there is an urgent need that should find a sustainable land using pattern which economic development will not be affected ,at the same time to protect the ecological environment and also can be actual operation, namely the environmental friendly land using pattern, to protect and improve the ecological environment, saving and intensive use of land resources, the realization of social, economic and environmental sustainable development. With the background of the rebuiding of the national land using planning , as well as the broader context of revising the state to build environment-friendly society's call, in this paper, the environmental friendly land using pattern in Yingkou are discussed based on the the comprehensive divided zone.In this paper, analysis the natural conditions of Yingkou city and study the environmental problems brought by the land using through field survey methods, analysis the driving forces of land-use change in Yingkou city by using of a comprehensive analysis, use statistical analysis and economics to calculate the ecological footprint and environmental capacity of Yingkou city, through the field surveys, expert advice and so on, combined with the results of the calculation, as well as the ecological environment characteristics of Yingkou city, the land use development goals and the present sitiuation of the land use to divides Yingkou city into three areas, namely, the north-western plain zone, the southwestern coastal plain area, south-eastern hilly areas, and then propose different environment-friendly land-use patterns, according to the different geographical characteristics of the ecological and socio-economic development goals of every area. As for the north-western plain zone, design out three environment-friendly land-use patterns for the agricultural land at there, that is, four-in-one eco-agricultural land use pattern, rice-fish land-use pattern and rice-duck land-use pattern; The "new socialist countryside" land-use patterns is proposed for rural construction land, and based on magnesia-based materials industry of environmental-economic model of land-use pattern is proposed for Dashiqiao downtown. As for the southwestern coastal plain area, suggest that this area adopt tape dyadic group regiment city land use patterns, agricultural land between the cities as the cities greenbelts, in the main urban areas can adopt the "Zhuhai model" of the land-use patterns when redesigned or enlarged, and the industrial park adopt the cycle of economic park land use patterns; the agricultural land can adopt the ecological orchard pattern, ecological aquaculture pattern and coastal eco-tourism-based land-use pattern. As for south-eastern hilly areas, the agricultural land in this area may use three types of land-use patterns, they are the forest (the orchard) poultry raising grass, mountain eco-tourism and planting a combination eco-agriculture park land-use; construction land can be used in silk Tussah product-based land-use patterns and high-quality cashmere goat breeding and meat processing-based land-use patterns, the abandoned industrial land should use the ecological restoration land-use patterns. At last, raise the corresponding control measures for the various types of land.
