Research On Car Theme Park Planning

The theme park emerging unceasingly already becomes a major tendency of the world tourism development. Many countries and areas all devote to construct the competitive tourism product. Car theme park attracted numerous foreign and domestic tourists by its particular characteristics,also caused a widely social concerns,became one of the research focus problems in the academic circles.This paper bases on the previous research,discusses how to plan the car theme park,puts forward the concept of car theme park,analyzes the plan method of car theme park,and takes the Changchun international car park as an example,demonstrates the feasibility of the plan theory concretely,I hope that it will generate certain reference to the planning of current domestic car theme park.The paper's main contents include five parts:PartⅠ:Mainly introduces the paper's background,research content,method and significance.PartⅡ:Makes a systematic exposition of the related concepts of theme park,summarizes the research status of foreign and domestic theme park. Introduces the concept connotation of car theme park,study on the car theme park planning,including location,image planning and spatial distribution.PartⅢ:Introduces the design of the elements of car theme park,including architecture,square,waterscape,greening and oddment.PartⅣ:Changchun international car park's empirical analysis,car theme park planning principle's practical application.PartⅤ:Summarizes this paper's research results,points out the deficiency and the further study.
