Research On The Real-time Control Of Cash Management Based On ERP System

In the Electronic Age,it will have practical significance to study on the cash management,and to discuss the construction of real-time control system of cash management,and to promote the innovation of financial management.This paper summarizes the practical experience by analyzing the weakness and problems in cash management of Xiamen Petroleum Company,and it mainly discusses how to provide dynamic,timely and accurate information of cash for supervisors and operators by financial management innovation in the IT environment.This paper first introduces the research background and research meaning. Then it reviews theories and articles related to cash management,ERP management, real-time control and etc.Therefore,it provides models to construct the real-time control system of cash management.After that,it analyses problems and causes during the process of cash management,and suggests the necessities to construct the real-time control system.Then it focuses on the aim,the construction of internal control environment,the design of information platform,criteria of supervision models to solve the problems mentioned above.At last it points out the discrepancies between the former and present system,and gives an evaluation of the real-time control system.It also suggests how to improve the system in the future,and point out the author's further research in this area.The conclusion of this paper is as follows:the innovation of cash management in the case studies is helpful for managers and operators as it provides immediate, accurate,effective information,and supports the target of enterprise strategy. Real-time control is the trend of accounting control.It's a systematization project. In order to realize the close chain management and improve the standard of financial management,it has to be supported by the integration of information system,internal control environment and so on.The findings of this paper are as follows:based on the former theories and practices,the case studies on cash management models and methods are worth using for reference,especially for the oil products sales companies,wholesale and retails service industries which possess many business networks and clients.
