Along with the rapid development of the western side of the Strait, Xiamen port and its related logistics industry are also accelerated the development. As the leading enterprise in Xiamen Port, Xiamen Port Holding Group Company is also experiencing the development by leaps and bounds, increasing the size of a company's organizational structure and also complexing the organizational structure.In face of such large-scale enterprise groups, we must first solve the problem of human resources in order to effectively manage the company and make the company continued to grow and innovation. So, it becomes an important issue for the establishment of an effective human resources management for Xiamen Port Holding Group Company.This article attempts to research and analysis the status quo of human resources management in Xiamen port company, and discuss the issue of human resource management model selection for Group company, and then design the Xiamen Port Holdings company"s human resources management model as a conclusion.This article is divided into five sections:PartⅠ: Introduction.PartⅡ: expounded the related human resources management theory of group companies.PartⅢ: Presentation the basic information of Xiamen Port Holdings Group Company and analysis its human resources management status quo.PartⅣ: on the basis of above analysis, exploring the Xiamen Port Holdings company's human resources management model.
