With the increase of residents' income and the pursuit of healthy living,the consumption of fruits is increasing.A group of fruit trading enterprises followed the market changes and began to gradually grow from the "buy and sell" single profit model to the "industry chain" model.In the process of rapid development of enterprises,with the continuous innovation of management,the problems of human resources management are becoming increasingly prominent,and the transformation of human resources management is imminent.As an advanced practical theoretical model,the role of the three-pillar model of human resources in enterprises has gradually been recognized.Human resources management has gone through the stages of personnel management,human resource management,human capital management,and people-oriented management.From the "things" as the center to the "people" as the capital,it has carried the in-depth development of the concept of human resources management.The three-pillar model,through a new perspective,innovates human resources organization and management models,and realizes the true value of human resources.This article uses the interview method,questionnaire survey method,empirical research and the combination of theory and other research methods to analyze the development strategy and(human resource)management status of YG company.Aiming at the outstanding problems of the current human resources management,such as lack of forward-looking human resources planning,lack of HR professional capabilities,defective functional design of departments,inefficient functional departments,unavailability of information systems,and unclear positioning of human resources departments,this article presents YG's current problems.An analysis of the matching of the current status of human resources management with the three pillars points out the necessity of implementing the three pillars model.Based on the existing organizational structure,the basic framework of the three pillars of human resources was designed,and the three pillars were empowered,with clear positioning and responsibilities.The implementation of the three pillars needs to be continuously adjusted atdifferent stages in combination with the company's development strategy.According to the implementation steps,the focus of the three phases is listed in the article,that is,the construction preparation phase focuses on the development of basic guarantees,the construction implementation phase focuses on the implementation and implementation of overall goals,and the construction and strengthening phase focuses on the solidification of practical experience and the improvement of management capabilities.By constructing a three-pillar model,YG has “rebuilt” in many aspects such as organizational processes,functional design,HR functions and positioning,clarified the key responsibilities of each department,improved communication efficiency,and saved management costs.Substantial improvement.In view of the possible uncertainties,three supporting measures including the establishment of a professional HR team,the improvement of the overall quality of the management team,and the establishment of feedback and risk prevention and control mechanisms were proposed to ensure the smooth implementation of the three pillars.On the whole,YG's three-pillar model construction can provide a reference for the development of human resources management theory and practice,and also provides a sample of three-pillar model implementation for the industry,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
