| Linguistic multi-attribute decision-making is an important part of decision-making theory and modern decision-making science. Its theories and methods have a widely application in engineering, economy, management, military affairs and many other fields. Owing to the vagueness and uncertainty of the decision-making problems, uncertain of the attribute weights information and the uncertain of the values given by the decision-makers, there are so many linguistic decision-making problems. Therefore, the research on the interval linguistic multi-attribute decision-making theories and methods has an important theoretical and practical significance.This paper consider the linguistic multi-attribute decision-making problems that are under the circumstances of the case attribute weights are uncertain, the attribute values are interval linguistic values and the decision-makers have no preferred on decision alternatives. A single objective optimization model has been established in the paper, which is succinct, reasonable, and has a small quantity of computer working and strong practicality. The model has solved effectively the uncertain-weight problems with the interval linguistic attribute values. On this basis, the paper has studied the methods of the linguistic decision-making problems, it also has given a taxis approach to the interval linguistic variable and presented the specific steps of the decision-making problems.In the modern recovery war, we achieve the basic goal of "defense the country and the position" just on the base of "waste the enemy and defense the position", effectively array and embattle the soldiers in order to kill and waste the enemy. The recovery points are not only one of the basic conditions of the field war, but also the necessary to implement sorts of the operations, keeping ourselves and killing the enemies in the war. The distributing of the field recovery is a complex system engineering. It's an important aspect to improve the battle effectiveness to analyze the layout of the position reasonable. Considering the field war circumstance synthetically, this paper has an analysis of the choice of the position in the field recovery system by means of the method of the interval linguistic multi-attribute decision-making and the optimization theory. And it solves the selection method of the most desirable alternative(s). On the other hand, the accuracy and scientificity of the method given in the paper is illustrated by the instance. This method also provides a useful reference to the similar decision problems in other related fields and disciplines. |
