A Research Of Changes And Reasons Of Suburb Farmers' Income

On the basis of analysis about Growth and structure of the farmer's income ,we use of econometric models to study the growth of peasant income factors in this paper .This paper brings objective environmental factors into the factor system of influencing farmers' income, applies the principal component analysis to arrange the contribution of factors in the order of magnitude, and then analyses the main contributive and obstructive factors at length. On this basic, it discusses the approaches and measures of improving farmers' income in LiangJiaDun.This paper shows that non-farm income has replace the agricultural income and has begun to the leading part of farmer's income of LiangJiadun vilage after 30 years. The the main contributive factors of influencing farmers' income is industrialization, mechanization, the per capita GDP, years of education. The main suppressive factors of influencing farmers' income is the income gap between urban and rural residents ,agricultural terms of trade, per capita arable land.
