The Eleventh Five-year Plan's Outline for Chinese Economic and Social Development definitely refers to build the new socialistic country,which of the most importance is how to try to increase farmers' income.Increasing farmers' income is presently and will be for the future the most important and difficult work for our country and Party,and meanwhile is the important way to resolve the problems of country, agriculture and farmers in China.As a central agricultural province,the average level of farmers' income in Hubei is lower than the country's average level.It is difficult for farmers there to increase income.Now,how to effectively increase farmers' income is an urgent affair in Hubei.The study on influencing factors of increasing farmers' income in Hubei is meaningful and helpful to improve the income level of farmers,optimize industrial structure of the country and agriculture,enhance the general productive ability of agriculture,develop the agricultural economy and so on,what' more,it can speed the construction of the new country and make Hubei grow up first in Centre China.The connection of farmers' income and environmental factors as an angle of view, this article adopts the combinative method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,weighs the connective degree between the increasing of farmers' income and the social and environmental factors,describes the relation,and explains its objective inevitability.On this basic,it discusses the approaches and measures of improving farmers' income in Hubei.This paper brings objective environmental factors into the factor system of influencing farmers' income,applies the principal component analysis to arrange the contribution of factors in the order of magnitude,and then analyses the main contributive and obstructive factors at length. This analytical method helps to widen the research idea and enrich the research fruit.The conclusion accords with the fact of Hubei,and is a complement and reform to the present researches.This paper can be divided into six chapters:The first part:Foreword.This part mainly discusses the background,purpose and significance of the research,expatiates basic theories and domestic research trend, illuminates the primary content and methods,and puts forward the innovation and shortage. It compares and analyzes the income level lengthways and breadthwise,and makes dynamic analysis on the structure of income,which is as the base of discussing the influential factors on farmers' income.The third part:The principal component analysis on the factors of influencing farmers' income to increase.According to the measurable and collectable principle,this paper collects different sorts of primary factors,uses the regression model of principal component analysis to calculate the degree of the contribution of the every factor,and orders them from big to small.The fourth part:The further analysis on the main contributive factors of influencing farmers' income.We choose the front three factors to analyze further,and make important conclusions.The fifth part:The further analysis on the main suppressive factors of influencing farmers' income.The paper explains the reason why the functions of agricultural trade condition and agricultural open degree is opposite to the basic hypothesis,and further analyzes the suppressive factors on how to influence farmers' income.The sixth part:The conclusions and suggestions.From the third,fourth and fifth parts,we get relative conclusions on the influential factors,and make suggestions about adjusting the structure of the country and agriculture,advancing the rural industrialization and urbanization,leading the agricultural investment and human capital investment in rural areas and so on,according to the fact of Hubei Province.
