Research On The Pattern And Path Of The Circular Economy-oriented Industrial Cluster's Development

Industrial clusters is a global economic phenomenon developed rapidly in recent years, competitiveness clusters have already begun to replace the competitive mainstream of economic development. Economic of some developed areas in eastern China growed rapidly in recent years, and the competitiveness enhanced significantly, the key is to rear and develop with the local characteristics of industrial clusters. Hanzhong want to accelerate economic development As less developed areas, it is essential to draw, combine with the reality and foster industrial clusters, to enlarge and strengthen the regional section of industrial zone, forming a strong competitive regional economy with local characteristics. Cluster together with its advantages for the region make a significant contribution to economic growth, but also created a shortage of resources, environmental pollution and ecological damage, such as negative effects. In the process of the development of industrial clusters promote the development of circular economy, it not only helps to solve the resulting resources, environmental issues, the promotion of industrial clusters in the establishment of the ecosystem, but also to strengthen the capacity of self-organized clusters to build cost advantages of industrial clusters to enhance the degree of network organization and the innovation capability clusters such as the promotion of the role.Therefore, this paper from the cycle of economic theory perspective, namely, the principles of 3R as well as the physical energy integration, information sharing, such as facilities, research in line with the 3R principle to build a symbiotic characteristics which have a circular economy development model-based industry clusters and the design of the development model to achieve the path of development .The author selects Hanzhong which is underdeveloped areas as study area ,we analyse the foundation, the basis of the resource base as well as industry and other important aspects in Hanzhong, and understand the development of Industrial clusters in Hanzhong, in this paper, the equipment manufacturing industry, non-ferrous metallurgical industries, and new materials industries, as well as these four industries biomedical industry cluster development through goal-oriented path, the path of choice and the path to the realization of the vector - the three aspects of the project study the eventual realization of Hanzhong, based on the concept of circular economy under the guidance of the path of the design of the development of industrial clusters in Hanzhong.During this process, the use of the cycle of economic theory guide the design of the industrial chain, while the use of micro-management of material flow theory, greatly enhanced by the design of the project feasibility and credibility.Finally, the development of industrial clusters relevant measures and suggestions further help to improve the development system of circular economy in Hanzhong.
