Research Of Risk Management In Breakthrough Technology Innovation

Along with the development of knowledge economy, the technical competition has shown more and more centrality in the competition of the world. The technical competition, however, is much dependent on technological innovation. The breakthrough technological innovation is the weapon to gain competitive advantage rapidly. Because breakthrough technological innovation always follows the high failure rate, there will be much more realistic significance about the study of risk of it. In this article, the innovation risk is analyzed based on technological innovation theory from the enterprise angle, comprehensively and systematically.Firstly, the main domestic and foreign references are reviewed and the Breakthrough technological innovation theory risk management theory is summarized to understand the characteristic of technological innovation and the main way for risk management. Based on these, risk factor of Breakthrough technological innovation is classed and analyzed from three aspects: environment factor system, enterprise ability factor system, the project's own elements system. Than, the technological innovation risk is analyzed both qualitative and quantitative by multi-level synthesis fuzzy evaluation model to get objective and comprehensive appraisal. Lastly, some countermeasures and suggestions about how to dodge and deal with breakthrough technological innovation risk are proposed.
