High And New Technology Enterprise Breakthrough Research To The Influential Factors Of Technology Innovation Ability

With the accelerating of integration of global economy, the progress of science and technology is developing rapidly, and the face of the enterprise technical challenges is been tightened. However, facing the new technology constantly, many enterprises are born with several management problems, and becomes in "innovation dilemma". Which is defined as "facing to new technology created, the innovation of traditional management theory has limitations, and enterprise is often at a loss, not only expressed in the market share and profits drop the reduced, and even may also displays in the company is in business". The appearance of this dilemma, on one hand, and people attach too much importance to progressive technology innovation, ignore the disruptive technology innovation, on the other hand and enterprise innovation ability cultivation shortage, innovation ability system didn’t formation related. How to enhance the enterprise the disruptive technology innovation ability has become an important research area in Radica Innovation.Through the studying and analysis on the existing literatures, the influence factors of Radica Innovation are divided into four dimensions which are the organizational factors, environmental factors, process factors and management factors. Although the current has so many scholars pay attention to the important value of Radica Innovation, but it still does not form a system theory, especially for disruptive technology innovation ability, related to the lack of literature more. This article through the general technology innovation ability theory and the characteristics of disruptive technology innovation, disruptive technology innovation ability to define the concept, and input capability, research and development ability, management ability, marketing ability and the productivity as its main dimension. And through the theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward to knowledge absorption and opportunity recognition as the relationship between the intermediary variable. Based on this, this paper designed the theoretical model.Based on the survey of the previous, this paper designs the scale of this study a questionnaire. Through the reliability analysis, validity analysis and normal distribution inspection testified that this data sample to structure equation model analysis requirements. On this basis, this paper does the structural equation of the theoretical model and related hypothesis inspection. The conclusion is that, in addition to model the process for the influence of the factors opportunity recognition path not through the inspection, other factors besides four characteristics of intermediary variable dimensions are notable effect. Among them for knowledge management factors on the absorption of most; the organizational factors for the greatest influence on the opportunity recognition. From intervening variable of disruptive technology innovation ability to absorb, knowledge to influence input capability and opportunity recognition for management ability the influence did not get the sample data path support, other paths by data sample support.At last of this paper, according to the above theory analysis and empirical analysis of the whole enterprise, this paper proposed some advices to improve the disruptive technology innovation ability of countermeasures from investing system, incentive mechanism, and management mechanism and so on.
