| At present, the innovation network has become the base of a modern enterprise being breakthrough technology innovation, innovation network characteristics affect breakthrough technology innovation performance seriously. However, most of the current research on innovation performance is based on the traditional incremental technology innovation, there are essentially differences between breakthrough technology innovation and traditional incremental technology innovation. Therefore, researching the relationship between innovation network characteristics and disruptive technology innovation performance, has become an important topic.Based on the relevant literature research,the paper puts forward financial performance, technical performance and the window of opportunity for the main dimensions of the breakthrough technology innovation performance. This thesis construct and verify the characteristics of enterprise innovation networks influence enterprise breakthrough technological innovation performance through the intermediary function of resource acquisition and application development. It reveals the essence of characteristics of innovation networks how to influence the enterprises breakthrough technological innovation performance. Using SPSS statistical software and AMOS equation of structure software. We conducted a reliability analysis, validity analysis, and structural equation modeling and other methods of data processing, while analyze and verify the assumptions and models. This thesis reached the following conclusions:First of all, the enterprise innovation networks is a key external factor to access to the enterprise resource acquisition and application development, the different dimensions of characteristics of enterprise networks have the difference influence on accessing resource acquisition and application development. Secondly, the enterprise innovation networks characteristics affect the performance of breakthrough technological innovation, resource acquisition and application development play a part of the intermediary role in the relationship between characteristics of the enterprise innovation networks and breakthrough technological innovation performance. Thirdly, resource acquisition affect the enterprise’s technical performance and opportunity window, and application development will affect the enterprise’s financial performance and opportunity window.Finally, based on the results of the theoretical analysis and the empirical analysis, we bring up three points to increase breakthrough technology innovation performance. |
