Study On Entrepreneur Social Capital--Based On Enterprise Life Cycle

Along with economic globalization and the development of high and new technology, the world has entered a new era. Social capital has become a key factor in enterprises development and access to competitive edge. As a founder and leader, entrepreneur has decisive function in the enterprise growth process. The nature of his work is to build, operate and develop the human relation network, which exists in the enterprise inner and outer. Entrepreneur social capital is the basis of decision-making and put it into effect, given a reliable guarantee to retain information and resource, to encourage the human resource of the enterprise. It is important to a long-term enterprise development.In the process of enterprise life cycle evolution, different life cycle stage has a different demand of entrepreneur social capital. From the perspective of enterprise life cycle theory, this paper studies the relationship between entrepreneur social capital and enterprise growth. It is bring in the already research results about entrepreneur theory, social capital theory and the enterprise life cycle theory, make them to become a significant union. The paper has innovation in research angle, method and findings.This paper is divided into six sections,the first part introduces the research background, purpose, research methodology and framework. Then a review and comment of the related theory is presented. The second part separately defines the entrepreneur social capital and the enterprise social capital, analyzes the relation and difference between them. As the research base, this paper reviews on the relevance of entrepreneur social capital and enterprise life cycle evolution. The third part provides a discussion for cultivating entrepreneur social capital. An analysis is given about the source and cultivates approach. It carries on a summary about the operation pattern of entrepreneur social capital; put forward an entrepreneur social capital operation concept model. The fourth part focuses on the characteristics in the different life cycle stage of enterprises, analyzes the changes of entrepreneur social capital. It finds the operation pattern which appropriate to the enterprise different life cycle stages and sums up the interaction between entrepreneur social capital and enterprise life cycle subsequently. The fifth part explains the enterprise effect of entrepreneur social capital. Social capital is significant to the enterprise growth. The quantity and quality of entrepreneur social capital is affecting its enterprise effect. For a better analysis about this process, the paper builds a dynamic explain model of the change, uses fuzzy evaluation methods to estimate the influence of the entrepreneur social capital changes into enterprise social capital.
