Labor market segmentation is not only a universal phenomenon in the labor market, but also an important area in labor economics research. 30 years since reform and opening up, China's labor market has undergone tremendous changes. With the economic reform and the improvement of the levels of labor market, labor market segmentation is a significant feature of China's labor market. Enterprises of different ownership, the labor of the main differences in human capital, corporate and individual job requirements of the labor force, coupled with inadequate government policies and construction, these factors constitute complex labor relations. This derived different types of market segmentation. Labor market segmentation is reducing plasticity and ability of the labor market to adapt to economic changes, led to the marginalization of social groups, has also increased inequality in society, and hindered the development of a harmonious society. Today, National attention for social justice and social harmony, problems of labor market segmentation seems important. Therefore, the labor market segmentation of China has become an important research topic in the social and economic field, and attracted great attention of the government and academia. From the perspective of sociology and labor economics, labor market segmentation study conducted some valuable.Based on the literature review about the labor market segmentation in domestic and foreign, this paper is from four levels of government, business, non-governmental organizations, individual labor to study the mechanism of labor market segmentation in China. The Government level, mainly from the policies, regulations and institutional factors to measure the impact of labor market segmentation. The enterprise level, primarily through a questionnaire survey, by first-hand information, with empirical methods to study the Businesses employ behavior on the impact of labor market segmentation; levels of non-governmental organizations, mainly study the role of the Union on labor market segmentation; the individual labor level, mainly through the labor of individual differences in the quality of human capital and labor of their own choice on the impact of labor market segmentation. This article from the particular perspective to study the influence of corporate business behavior on the labor market segmentation, and proposes some possible mitigation policy and recommendations for labor market segmentation.
