A Study On Rural Labor Mobility With The Labor Market Multiple Segmentation In Our Country's Transition Period

The rural labor mobility problem of our country has practical significance .Studies on rural labor mobility in our country's transition Period contribute to the"san nong" issue and the construction of new socialist countryside. At the same time, they also have vital significance to the consummation of our country's socialist market economy system. This article studies the rural labor mobility problem of our country which was embarked by the labor market multiple segmentation during our country's transition Period. It analyzes the reason for rural labor mobility in the process of our country's transition Period, and gives some countermeasures.This article has first called back on the Review to the research of domestic and foreign rural labor mobility with the market segmentation. Second, according to the characteristic of rural labor mobility, it analyzes the mobile scale, the Mobile direction and the characteristics of a labor .It emphasizes on the sole possession of this phenomenon in our country—the influence of " farmers frenzied hunt for work in cities" and " the Scarcity of Migrant Workers". Afterwards it analyzes the reason of our country's rural labor mobility, and pointes out that the unreasonable phenomenon mainly is caused by our country's labor market multiple segmentation,such as the urban-rural labor market segmentation, the department segmentation and the industry segmentation. Then it analyzes the segmentation formation and the development as well as the manifestation of our country's labor market. Finally it puts forward some countermeasures to the establishment of unit labor market.
