Research Of The Harmonious Degree Between Eco-environment And Economic Development In Bayangol Mongol Autonomous Prefecture

Eco-environment is the premise of survival and development of human. With the fast development of social productive forces and technology and science, human being achieves an unprecedented success, what's more the ecological problem is becoming more and more prominent, and the tendency of ecological damage is very serious. Accordingly, the research of sustainable development stands in front of us and has become the trans-century strategy choice of our county. The theory of sustainable development contains not only the harmonious development between human and nature, also covering the harmonious development between eco-environment and economy. The harmony degree of eco-environment and economic development is the fair representation and continuously optimized mediator of sustainability.To construct the model of harmony degree with efficacy function is a type of measured model which human being wu yue ming propose the harmonious development degree on eco-environment and economy, and is quantitative indicator which determine whether elements of systems is a coordination of state, and is a measure or evaluation of the coordination of state, and reflects a type of tendency which system is from disorder toward order. The model haves characteristics which are kind of clear principle, simple model and easily calculated model.The paper takes the Bayangol Mongol Autonomous Prefecture as an example, by calculating the harmony degree from 1992 to 2007. The result shows that, the coordination degree between eco-environment and economy in Bayangol Mongol Autonomous prefecture is a similar inversed U-type growth tendency from growth to reduction, at last to growth.It also illustrates contradictory aspect between eco-environment and economic development. At the same time, the use of efficacy function curve on eco-environment and economy.analyzes the state of development between them,and discuss the hamony degree on nine county and city of Bayangol Mongol Autonomous prefecture, From the space angle, Luntai, Hejing, Yanji, Hoxud, andYuli which are a few neighboring counties of Korla city master the coordinated development grade of higher level, southern prefectures Qiemo, Ruoqiang as well as Bohu are lower levels, especially Qiemo, Ruoqiang County which own the coordinated development of all levels at the end of nine counties and cities in four years; from a time series perspective. In addition to Ruoqiang, Qiemo counties whose harmony degree is constant growth,the other counties and cities are experiencing growth to reduce the upward trend again growth. Secondly, the paper forecast the harmony degree of Bayangol Mongol Autonomous prefecture in the future five years, and provide the scientific basis and the policy instruction for the construction of eco-environment and economy development.
