Currently,State Grid has greatly promoted the projects such as villages extending to every household can availably access to electricity.As well,those projects have made some progress,to some extent,have solved the problem for the residents accessing to electricity.Because of the limitations of power grids,there are still a small number of people who have no electricity to use in remote areas.In this paper,with the view of renewable energy generation,the means to implement of China's electric power universal service is discussed. With time simulation analysis,the optimal combination of the capacity of generating units and the storage capacity of Renewable energy come to the program.Analyze the Energy compose of the town,by power configuration calculating,get the relationship between power generation and power consumption.Last Renewable energy power generation linked to the national grid ultimately,potential impact of renewable energy for electricity generation on distribution network and planning is studied.Only achieve household electricity and network Reliability,to further develop and improve the power grid,which can ensure the implement of the power universal service.
