Study On Claim Management Of Electric Power Construction Project

With standardization and legalization of engineering construction market,claim management,as an important part of construction contract,has aroused the attention of construction managers.This paper summarizes the present research of claim management in China and abroad, introduces the structure of construction claim,causes of claim,general procedure of construction claim and solutions of claim dispute and elaborates on the types of construction delay,handling principles of construction delay,analysis of claim for construction time and basic principles and calculation method of expenses claim.The paper discusses on the application of Game Theory in claim management of construction project.In the end,in view of the problems in the present claim management of electric power construction project,the paper makes a summary and puts forward some improvement suggestions.
