Analysis On Generating Cost Of Thermal Power Plant And Its Pricing Strategy

The paper studied pricing strategy research of power plant based on real-time generating cost and system marginal price prediction under the deregulated power system.Firstly,from the view of fixed cost and variable cost,the eight elements of generating cost,as well as their property and affecting factors were thoroughly analyzed, then the way of real-time cost calculating was put forward.As a result,the relation between generating cost and unit load was obtained.Secondly,considering main influencing factors of SMP,Gray GM model and Wavelet model were adopted to forecast SMP,then combining prediction model on the basis of abovementioned two models was introduced.Simulating value demonstrated combining prediction model has better predicting accuracy.Finally,we made analysis on the pricing strategy of generator.
