Research On Chinese Auto Industry International Competitiveness

As the industry development symbol of one nation,the automobile industry always has the important impetus function for developing social economy construction,science and technology.With the obvious trend of economic globalization and intense competition,the Chinese automobile industry still has the defects of lack of high technology and R&D independence,small scale and the scarcity of our own brands.Under the background of the strengthening in economic globalization trend constantly,how to promoting the international competitiveness of the automobile industry,is a question with great and realistic significance.This paper has carried on comparatively systematic studying to the intension of industry's international competitiveness and theoretical foundation on the basis of lessons from domestic and international relevant literature;The paper has investigated the globalization development trend of the world automobile industry,has dissected the state of development of the Chinese automobile industry;The paper has set up the Chinese automobile industry competitiveness evaluation index system which include the first class indexes such as environmental competitiveness,production competitiveness,and demand competitiveness.The paper analyzes the international competitiveness of our automobile industry by aid of the data of foreign trade,and contrasts 4 indexes(NX,RCA,CA,NXRCA) of our country with several typical countries.Considering the research situation at present,the paper analyse the factors which effect international competitiveness.Finally,on the basis of empirical research,the author give some strategy and methods to enhance the competitiveness of China's automobile industry.
