Research On Management Mode Of Intellectual Property In Enterprise Based On Process Management

The essence of the competition in business lies in the science and technology.The management of the intellectual property is thus very important for companies for that it is a crucial part to keep competitiveness.However,there're quantities of problems and insufficiency in our domestic enterprises when we manage our intellectual property;and this brings much predicament: such as lack of innovation;lower level of intellectual property application;lack of the awareness of protecting our intellectual property.The reasons for these problems could be traced as follows: there is no consciousness in our companies of intellectual property protection and application; there is no intellectual property management strategy;and there is no systematic knowledge and meditation on intellectual property management.Based on this,the paper attempts to establish a pattern of intellectual property management in enterprises from the perspective of the process management.This process management aims at the clients,and makes a real-time and sustaining management to the whole developing process,and then sets and develops a better cooperation among different functions to get a better performance in companies.It emphasizes the development,the strategy,and the system.The intellectual property management mode based on this paper was adopted by (DB32/T 1204—2008),and was generalized in Jiangsu Province by Jiangsu Intellectual Property Bureau,Jiangsu Quality Supervision Bureau,and Jiangsu Development and Reform committee(Su Document(2008) No.156)This paper introduced the theory of process management and intellectual property management,and the correlations between them.And focus on the establishment of intellectual property pattern based on the process management which includes the precondition,principle, technology direction,procedure on how to set this mode,key essential identification,and a system is also created to estimate this mode,At last adopt Company H as an example.Based on the researching of procedure flow management and intellectual property management theory,and we absurd and used the existed research for reference,especially we compared much of the enterprise intellectual property management practice experience and then carried out some trying as below:Basic on the procedure flow theory,we deeply analyzed the intellectual property managing activity in companies.And we just want to show you the system theory,mode and practice effect across-the-board To the content,we know that intellectual property is also an invisible asset;we identified the key factors and pointed out the key process and flow to show out the increment effect and risk eluding.Practice on intellectual property management activity is very important and we hold several colloquia and arranged several investigations in some big companies.Finally we collected the opinions of 30 domestic experts and represented the practicality of this paper.This had established a basic for this paper to be accepted by ...
