Through nearly thirty years development since reform and open in china,the industrial cluster had shaped.It formed different areas,different fields and different scales industrial cluster such as "Pearl River Delta","Yangtze River Delta" "Zhongguancun" industrial cluster etc.These industrial clusters made up the Enterprise's weaknesses which brought by isolation,meanwhile,enhanced the regional economy influence.According to statistics,textile and apparel industrial clusters are more than 200 in Chinese mainland.In Zhejiang and Guangdong province where industrial cluster is the most developed,60%and 56%GDP of each province came from industrial cluster.But the industrial cluster also has many problems during the development,such as the level of cluster is low,organization and service system is imperfect,inventory of cluster enterprises were high and lacked collaboration in industry cluster,etc. According to the present situation of high inventory level and scarcity of cooperation of industrial cluster in china,this paper will study on the cross-chain collaboration inventory in the cluster supply chain.Hoped to improve the management level of industrial cluster and provide theory support and method guidance for promoting enterprise competitiveness.This paper beginning with the analysis of characteristic of industrial cluster. According to the characters:multiple nodes,multiple feedbacks and nonlinear which presented in the cluster supple chain management system,so this article attempts to use system dynamics theory for analyzing.Study on the model of cooperation between supply chains base on single supply chain,and put forward three kinds cooperation models respectively,they are multiple suppler model,limited complement goods model and unlimited complement goods model.Meanwhile,optimize above models according to the characteristic of industrial cluster and compared with the simulation results of the models offered and fund out unlimited complement goods model is the best model.Finally,take a practical industrial cluster for example, verification the application range of the unlimited cross-chain collaboration inventory in the cluster supply chain from the empirical view.Otherwise,through establishing economic model from inventory management view to analyze how much economic value can be brought by this model.The result showed after implementing this cooperation strategy,can enhance the economic value of the industrial cluster obviously.During the study in this paper,using Vensim PLE which is one of the system dynamic software to modeling and simulate.Using Matlab and Excel carry on the statistics and the analysis to the simulated data.Use Visio drawing model diagram.
