The Harmonious Degree Measurment On Economy-Resource-Environment Complicated System In Jiangsu Province

The "social harmony" has been put forward for the first time as one objective of the well-off society in the 16th CPC National Congress. Enhancing the ability to build a harmonious socialist society has been put forward in the 16th Fourth Session Plenary.And the 16th Fourth Session Plenary puts forward clearly the main content of building a socialist harmonious society.In China,Jiangsu Province has the most densest population,the minimum capacity of the per capita environment,the highest per unit area pollution load,so the special conditions decide that the Jiangsu Province must base on the harmonious development in the process of the economic - resources - environment developing.On the issue of social harmony,this article concentrates on the economic - resources - environment complicated system in Jiangsu Province.Therefore,this article only to study "the economy - resources - environment's harmonious development"as a breakthrough point.Basing on the complicated system theory,the management theory,dissipative structure theory,sustainable development theory,the coordinated development theory and learning for research achievements in this field at home and abroad.Then the article carries out a theoretical and empirical research of the Jiangsu's complicated system.Taking the actual data availability and indicators of sensitivity into account and thinking of the scientific concept of development as the guidance,the article creates the harmonious degree evaluation index system of Jiangsu's complicated system.Secondly,using the component analysis and SPSS statistical software calculate the respective levels of sub-systemdevelopment,and basing on the use of fuzzy math in calculating harmonious degree of the economy - resources - environment complicated system.The results and data come to the conclusion that the harmonious degree of the economy - resources - environment complicated system economy in Jiangsu Province is not high degree of harmony and discord at the basic stage.Finally,the article put forward concrete suggestions to improve the harmonious degree of the Jiangsu's economy - resources - environment complicated system.
