| Industrialization determines the situation of the steel logistics.At the same time, the development of logistics influences the operation of the steel logistics.The construction of Steel Distribution Park develops quickly when the logistics in China becomes more and more popular.The operators of steel logistics transfer from steel manufactures to steel merchants and steel logistics enterprises.So the planning and construction of the steel logistics facilities become very important in China. However,we pay more attention on the scale and appearance when we construct Logistics Park in domestic at present.The result is that there are a lot of problems in operation stage.Especially,the layout planning of Distribution Park is designed by architects according to their ideas,experience,standard of architecture design and their own comprehension about logistics.So this kind of layout planning leads too many problems,such as lower efficiency,high cost and so on.In this case,some theories are needed in the Distribution Park planning and design.In addition,the objects of steel logistics are huge and heavy solid.And each batch of steel has unique numbers. So we need unique method and technique to deal with steels in the storage,carry, transport and message processing.Above all,we need to propose an effective and feasible method for the Logistics Park's layout planning immediately.This method makes logistics operation high efficiency and low cost in the Logistics Park.This paper sums up the current techniques for the facilities layout and focus on the SLP(System Layout Planning) method.SLP method is used to layout project facilities and equipments in industrial engineering field.SLP is a strong organized method which combines with the logistics analysis and the operation units' analysis for reasonable layout.Using SLP,the relationship of all units in facility can be measured by quantization index which is a basis for facility design.In history,SLP gets extremely extensive application in the factory layout design field.The purpose of this paper is to apply SLP in Distribution Park layout as a basis theory.In the background of Steal Distribution Park,we propose kinds of functions that one Logistics Park should own.Especially the function of Logistics Park and the technology of layout planning at present are summarized.We investigate and survey the Steel Logistics Park's economic hinterland to gather the relevant statistics.Then we fix the scale of steel logistics park on these statistic data.We discuss seriously about the way of using SLP in Logistics Park and the evaluation methods.What's more,we propose and analyze the possibility to utilize the software of plank stuff stock cutting optimization to design the Logistics Park's layout.Above all the research,we use SLP to design one Steel Logistics Park which proved the application of SLP to design Logistics Park's Layout is feasible.Finally,we summarize the defects in the application of SLP to design the Logistics Park's layout.On this basis,we put forward the prospects of using SLP to planning Logistics Parks. |
