A Research On Evaluation Of Cultivated Land Intensive Utilization Applying Entropy Method

To conserve and use the limited cultivated land resources,and raise its utilization efficiency are the key to ensure our coutry's food security,and also they are the basis of sustainable development. So evaluation research of cultivated land utilization and to recognize the cultivated land's using situation are beneficial to increase cultivated land's using synthetical benefit,realize cultivated land's intensive utilization,and invert cultivated land's extensive utilization to intensive utilization.Quantitative evaluation research of land intensive utilization has already been our coutry's kernel work in land intensive utilization studies.It mainly includes evaluation's contents and methods,index system,technology application and some other aspects.However,in China it mostly aims at the urban land intensive utilization,while special researches aimed at cultivated land intensive utilization's evaluzation are much fewer so far,and the intendment and evaluation methods are still in study.Based on fully knowledge with the comprehension of cultivated land's intensive utilization and its evaluation researches,this paper defines the cultivated land's intensive utilization,introduces several evaluation methods,and selects the entropy method as its evaluation approaches.The study relies on some evaluation theories,such as sustainable development strategy theory,land reward decreased theory.exterior nature of land use,land rent theory and ecological economic theory. Starting from the main factors that affect KaiXian's cultivated land intensive utilization,relying on some certain principles,this paper builds up an evaluation index system which is appropriate for the evaluation of regional cultivated land utilization,and uses entropy method to calculate each index's power and the evaluated region's cultivated land synthetical intensive degree.This study takes KaiXian's 38 townships as the evaluation targets,and the writer collects and investigates the basic materials and datas for cultivated land intensive utilization.Based on the analyses of KaiXian's natural,social and economic conditions,and its cultivated land situation,the paper uses entropy method to evaluate its cultivated land intensive utilization quantitatively,and has got the 38 townships' cultivated land intensive using degrees and indexes' powers.According to the evaluation results,the writer analyses and summaries KaiXian's cultivated land intensive utilization situation and its main affectors.On the above bases,the paper gives several cultivated land intensive utilization modes and some related policies and measure advises.
