Establish the evaluation index system based on multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method and entropy method, estimate the Cultivated Land intensive of China, and give the reasonable policy recommendations. In this article, under the four criteria layer of the Cultivated Land constituted by output efficiency, sustainable situation, Use intensity and Input intensity, we selected representative indicators constructed the index system and determined the index weights by learn the entropy method. And then take advantage of the multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method to calculate Cultivated Land intensification of the31Provinces and cities of the China, get the rating According to the calculation results and Proposed Targeted suggest, given the policy recommendations. At the same time, because in China, There are huge differences between different regions. The article respectively calculate the scores of each standard layer for the regions. Through horizontal comparison to draw more intuitive results show that:First, there are a huge difference in arable intensification level, The overall show the central and coastal areas>western provinces, According to the comprehensive score of the different area, Can roughly divide it into four categories; the five Province with lowest Integrated score is Shanxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, Gansu, Qinghai. The lower7provinces and cities are Liaoning, Guangxi, Hainan, Chongqing, Tibet, Shanxi, Ningxia. Beijing, Tianjin, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Anhui and Sichuan Province is higher. And the10highest score provinces are Hebei, Jiangsu, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Xinjiang and analyze the main reason. And then analysis the main reasons.Second, the use of authoritative data, calculates the difference in the overall intensification of arable land since1996, And do the analysis under the actual situation of economic, cultural, and historical factors. The end of the article we get the conclusion through analyzing the results and give targeted policy recommendations, in order to promote the intensive raising the level of Cultivated Land in China.
