Organizational commitment was of an indicator to test the degree of staff loyalty to the organization. With the reduce of the dependence of the Organization about staff, the levels in organizational commitment is on the decline. Good identity of the organization may improve the level of employee' organizational commitment. Today, however, a lower recognition level of organizational identity about private enterprises let alone how to enhance the organizational identity to strengthen the staff organizational commitment.At the basis of previous research, the research conducted a survey about Chongqing Private Production-oriented Enterprise's staff to discuss correlation research between organizational identity and organizational commitment, through literature analysis, survey methods and so on. The main conclusions of the research are as follows:Firstly, it is of good reliability and validity for the organizational identity scale and organizational commitment scale which the research used; Second, it is of significant positive correlation between the three dimensions of organizational identity: Mind Identity,Visual Identity,Behavior and organizational commitment; Thirdly, there exist significant differences in subjects' length of service in the business as well as different jobs in the personal staff cognitive to the organizational identity dimensions; There was a significant impact on the subjects' different positions on the staffs personal organizational commitment level.Based on the above findings, this study made the following recommendations to production-oriented privateenterprises: To enhance the identity of organizations; to raise staff recognition level about the Organizational identity; managers should be made between different staff; to strengthen the organizational culture-building; regular evaluation and improvement of organizational commitment and organizational identity status.This research carried out the empirical research about the correlation research between private production-oriented enterprises' organizational identity and organizational commitment. In the following areas, there have a certain theoretical value and practical significance. Based on Public Relations Study, image study and organizational behavior study, the correlation research between organizational identity and organizational commitment expand the field of organizational identity studies and the research on the content, identity-rich organizational theory; Through the discussion about correlation research of organization identity and organizational commitment, the promotion of organizational identity can enhance employees' strong sense of belonging and loyalty, and enhance the cohesion of the Organization, which really can be achieved "within the United seek" to enable employees to dedicate to organizational development, thereby promoting the development of the organization; And it could enhance the relationship between organizations and employees, creating a good organizational atmosphere in the organization to enhance a sense of well-being of members.
