| Through in-depth analysis of the strategic planning of the current power enterprise quality services and the necessity and urgency for further high quality service, this paper has used investigation and evaluation of CSI and SWOT to evaluate the work of electric power company of Gansu Province, on the basis of "empirical research, the data speak", "combination of macro and micro" principle and with a comparative analysis on domestic advanced industries (enterprises). With the extensive using of the existing research results and data and the careful analysis of the company's current internal and external development environment, the key factors and important problems were made clear. And some key constraints and key issues of deepen work of high quality service for electric power company of Gansu Province were proposed. These proposals and measures have the general application characteristics for the company system and forward-looking with the business environment and trends and also targeted for resolving the hot and difficult problems of the current quality service work. |
